Our History

Carl Wille became interested in the electrical distribution business when he took a job as manager of the electrical department at a local hardware store in 1921. One year later he purchased the inventory and started Wille Electric Supply in 1922. Over the years Wille Electric has established relationships with manufactures that are industry leaders, and maintained large inventories in our Modesto, Stockton and San Leandro facilities for the convenience of our customers. The availability of this inventory and the product knowledge of our people, has enabled our family owned company to grow with the community and be recognized as the leading electrical supply company in Northern California.
